Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRIPAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,185 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRIPAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, and Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with GRIPAP1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIPAP1-to-partner and partner-to-GRIPAP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway grouped by GRIPAP1-low versus GRIPAP1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
