GRIP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,171 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D2B, FILIP1L, and MMP2. Each is linked with GRIP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIP2-to-partner and partner-to-GRIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRIP2 versus TBC1D2B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.21.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
