Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, PDK1_pS241, and PKC-b-II_pS660. Each is linked with GRIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIP2-to-partner and partner-to-GRIP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by GRIP2-low versus GRIP2-high in COAD.
