Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 978 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRIP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, and Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with GRIP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIP2-to-partner and partner-to-GRIP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body grouped by GRIP2-low versus GRIP2-high in STOMACH.
