GRINA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRINA mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRINA-associated genes across cancer lineages are Mesangial cells, Th2 cells, and CD4+ Tem. Each is linked with GRINA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRINA-to-partner and partner-to-GRINA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mesangial cells grouped by GRINA-low versus GRINA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRINA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRINA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
