GRIN3B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIN3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,144 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIN3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA export from nucleus, Regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, and Vacuole organization. Each is linked with GRIN3B in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIN3B-to-partner and partner-to-GRIN3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA export from nucleus grouped by GRIN3B-low versus GRIN3B-high in DLBC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIN3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIN3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
