Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRIN3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,082 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRIN3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Response to starvation, and Regulation of cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with GRIN3B in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIN3B-to-partner and partner-to-GRIN3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by GRIN3B-low versus GRIN3B-high in OESOPHAGUS.
