GRIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,886 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDHB, ATP6V1D, and SAAL1. Each is linked with GRIN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIN1-to-partner and partner-to-GRIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SDHB grouped by GRIN1-low versus GRIN1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
