Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,671 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRIN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of voltage-gated potassium channel activity, Vesicle docking, and Positive regulation of calcium ion transport into cytosol. Each is linked with GRIN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIN1-to-partner and partner-to-GRIN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of voltage-gated potassium channel activity grouped by GRIN1-low versus GRIN1-high in BREAST.
