GRIK5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIK5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDX1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and INPP4B. Each is linked with GRIK5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIK5-to-partner and partner-to-GRIK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRDX1 grouped by GRIK5-low versus GRIK5-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
