GRIK5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRIK5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 385 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRE3, OR4X2, and KRTAP17-1. Each is linked with GRIK5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIK5-to-partner and partner-to-GRIK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADGRE3 grouped by GRIK5-low versus GRIK5-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
