GRIK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,141 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPHN_S305, MRPS9, and BASP1. Each is linked with GRIK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIK1-to-partner and partner-to-GRIK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRIK1 versus GPHN_S305 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
