Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRIK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H2, DEFA6, and TFAP2D. Each is linked with GRIK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIK1-to-partner and partner-to-GRIK1 results are reported.
