GRID2IP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRID2IP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,695 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRID2IP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL7, RPL5, and HSP90B1. Each is linked with GRID2IP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRID2IP-to-partner and partner-to-GRID2IP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRID2IP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRID2IP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
