GRIA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Di-Ras3, and C-Raf. Each is linked with GRIA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIA3-to-partner and partner-to-GRIA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by GRIA3-low versus GRIA3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
