GRIA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, FASN, and PCNA. Each is linked with GRIA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIA2-to-partner and partner-to-GRIA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by GRIA2-low versus GRIA2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
