GRHPR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRHPR RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,297 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRHPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are HINT2, STOML2, and POLR1E. Each is linked with GRHPR in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRHPR-to-partner and partner-to-GRHPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRHPR versus HINT2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRHPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRHPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
