Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRHPR RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,401 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRHPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGBP, TP53, and CSMD1. Each is linked with GRHPR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRHPR-to-partner and partner-to-GRHPR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCGBP grouped by GRHPR-low versus GRHPR-high in SCLC.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRHPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRHPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
