GRHPR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRHPR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 710 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRHPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP415, MIR375, and HSD17B12. Each is linked with GRHPR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRHPR-to-partner and partner-to-GRHPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP415 grouped by GRHPR-low versus GRHPR-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRHPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRHPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
