GREM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GREM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,120 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GREM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE2E, SRSF1P1, and C11orf98P1. Each is linked with GREM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GREM2-to-partner and partner-to-GREM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE2E grouped by GREM2-low versus GREM2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GREM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GREM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
