GREM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GREM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,523 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GREM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FMN2, DCUN1D3, and AAK1. Each is linked with GREM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GREM2-to-partner and partner-to-GREM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GREM2 versus FMN2 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GREM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GREM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
