GREM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GREM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GREM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAFA1, MAGEB10, and TEX53. Each is linked with GREM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GREM2-to-partner and partner-to-GREM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAFA1 grouped by GREM2-low versus GREM2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GREM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GREM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
