GREM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GREM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,560 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GREM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FLNC_S1527, P3H3, and PALLD. Each is linked with GREM1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GREM1-to-partner and partner-to-GREM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GREM1 versus FLNC_S1527 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GREM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GREM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
