Across TCGA patient cohorts, GREM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,842 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GREM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VGLL3, CCDC80, and SYNDIG1. Each is linked with GREM1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GREM1-to-partner and partner-to-GREM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GREM1 versus VGLL3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
