Across TCGA patient cohorts, GREB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,760 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GREB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDAC5, ACTR10, and CD46. Each is linked with GREB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GREB1-to-partner and partner-to-GREB1 results are reported.
