Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GRB7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GRB7 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher GRB7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GRB7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and SARC are the cancer types where GRB7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
