GRB7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRB7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,128 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRB7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP131, RN7SL813P, and CYTH1P1. Each is linked with GRB7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRB7-to-partner and partner-to-GRB7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP131 grouped by GRB7-low versus GRB7-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRB7→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRB7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
