GRB7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRB7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRB7-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, GAPDH, and GATA6. Each is linked with GRB7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRB7-to-partner and partner-to-GRB7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by GRB7-low versus GRB7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRB7→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRB7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
