Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRB7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,047 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRB7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation, Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, and Response to indole-3-methanol. Each is linked with GRB7 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRB7-to-partner and partner-to-GRB7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation grouped by GRB7-low versus GRB7-high in LUNG_SCLC.
