Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRB14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,506 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRB14-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL23, CHML, and MAP3K21. Each is linked with GRB14 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRB14-to-partner and partner-to-GRB14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRB14 versus KLHL23 in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRB14→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRB14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
