Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRB14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,357 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRB14-associated genes across cancer lineages are VTI1B, CKM, and ENO3. Each is linked with GRB14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRB14-to-partner and partner-to-GRB14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRB14 versus VTI1B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.21.
