The most reproducible GRB14-associated genes across cancer lineages are VTI1B, CKM, and ENO3. Each is linked with GRB14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRB14-to-partner and partner-to-GRB14 results are reported.
