Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRB14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,157 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRB14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP213, TAF9, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with GRB14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRB14-to-partner and partner-to-GRB14 results are reported.
