Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRB14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRB14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, PRDX1, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with GRB14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRB14-to-partner and partner-to-GRB14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by GRB14-low versus GRB14-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRB14→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRB14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
