Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRB14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRB14-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE10, H2BC1, and PANX3. Each is linked with GRB14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRB14-to-partner and partner-to-GRB14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE10 grouped by GRB14-low versus GRB14-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRB14→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRB14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
