Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GRB10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GRB10 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher GRB10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GRB10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.
KIRC, STAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where GRB10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
