GRB10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRB10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,814 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRB10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP97, SLC20A1P2, and MYO5BP1. Each is linked with GRB10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRB10-to-partner and partner-to-GRB10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP97 grouped by GRB10-low versus GRB10-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
