Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GRAP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GRAP data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher GRAP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GRAP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA are the cancer types where GRAP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
