GRAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P26, LRRC30, and IGLJ4. Each is linked with GRAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAP-to-partner and partner-to-GRAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P26 grouped by GRAP-low versus GRAP-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
