Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRAMD4P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,110 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRAMD4P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Regulation of cyclin-dependent protein kinase activity, and Response to gamma radiation. Each is linked with GRAMD4P5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAMD4P5-to-partner and partner-to-GRAMD4P5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by GRAMD4P5-low versus GRAMD4P5-high in STAD.
