Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRAMD4P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,044 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRAMD4P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to plasma membrane, Oligosaccharide-lipid intermediate biosynthetic process, and Regulation of miRNA transcription. Each is linked with GRAMD4P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAMD4P1-to-partner and partner-to-GRAMD4P1 results are reported.
