GRAMD2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRAMD2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,010 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRAMD2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6072, TUBGCP5, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with GRAMD2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAMD2A-to-partner and partner-to-GRAMD2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6072 grouped by GRAMD2A-low versus GRAMD2A-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRAMD2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRAMD2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
