GRAMD1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRAMD1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRAMD1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, FoxM1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with GRAMD1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAMD1A-to-partner and partner-to-GRAMD1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by GRAMD1A-low versus GRAMD1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRAMD1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRAMD1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
