GPX7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPX7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 117 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPX7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-110P, RNU6-586P, and TSPY1. Each is linked with GPX7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPX7-to-partner and partner-to-GPX7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-110P grouped by GPX7-low versus GPX7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPX7→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPX7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
