GPX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,375 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBA7, GNAI2, and SMC1A. Each is linked with GPX1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPX1-to-partner and partner-to-GPX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPX1 versus UBA7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
