Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPX1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Monocytes. Each is linked with GPX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPX1-to-partner and partner-to-GPX1 results are reported.
