Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,731 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to folic acid, Lipoxygenase pathway, and Positive regulation of fibroblast proliferation. Each is linked with GPX1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPX1-to-partner and partner-to-GPX1 results are reported.
