GPT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACER1, C20orf85, and IL9. Each is linked with GPT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPT2-to-partner and partner-to-GPT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACER1 grouped by GPT2-low versus GPT2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
