GPSM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPSM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,762 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPSM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETS1, CATSPER1, and LPXN. Each is linked with GPSM3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPSM3-to-partner and partner-to-GPSM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPSM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPSM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
