GPSM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPSM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPSM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTRNR2L6, ASZ1, and OR10R2. Each is linked with GPSM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPSM2-to-partner and partner-to-GPSM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTRNR2L6 grouped by GPSM2-low versus GPSM2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPSM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPSM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
