GPSM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPSM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPSM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF24, ENPP6, and GPR27. Each is linked with GPSM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPSM1-to-partner and partner-to-GPSM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHF24 grouped by GPSM1-low versus GPSM1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPSM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPSM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
